વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ અરજીના આધારે પ્રવેશ અંગેનો હક્ક દાવાઓ કરી શકશે નહીં. સરકારે ઠરાવેલ નિયમો અનુસાર અરજી મંજૂર કરીને મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
