ઓનલાઇન અરજી ફોર્મ ભરતા સમયે વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા નામ, સરનામું, જાતિ, જ્ઞાતિ-પેટા જ્ઞાતિ, માર્કસ/ટકાવારી, સરકારી છાત્રાલયની પસંદગી તેમજ અન્ય તમામ વિગતો ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક ભરવાની રહેશે. અરજી સબમીટ કરતા પહેલા ફોર્મમાં ભરેલ તમામ વિગતો યોગ્ય છે કે કેમ તેની ખાતરી કરી લેવાની રહેશે. અરજી ફોર્મ માં ખોટી વિગતો ભરેલ હશે તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીની અરજી રદ થવા પાત્ર રહેશે આ માટે તમામ જવાબદારી વિદ્યાર્થી/વાલીની રહેશે.
