ગુજરાત રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માત્ર પુસ્તક આધારિત શિક્ષણ નહીં પરંતુ રમત, કલા, સર્જનાત્મકતા, વ્યવહારુ જ્ઞાન અને જીવન કૌશલ્યો દ્વારા શીખવાની તક મળે તે હેતુથી વર્ષ 2026-27માં બાળમેળો અને લાઈફ સ્કીલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

પરિપત્ર મુજબ તા. 7 ઓગસ્ટ 2026ના રોજ બાળમેળો અને તા. 8 ઓગસ્ટ 2026ના રોજ લાઈફ સ્કીલ મેળો યોજવાનો રહેશે. પ્રથમ દિવસે ધોરણ 1 થી 5ના બાળકો માટે બાળમેળો અને બીજા દિવસે ધોરણ 6 થી 8ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે લાઈફ સ્કીલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવશે.

ધોરણ 1 થી 5ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે બાળમેળામાં વિવિધ આનંદદાયક અને સર્જનાત્મક પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું આયોજન કરી શકાય છે. તેમાં બાળવાર્તા, વાર્તા આધારિત નાટક, માટીકામ, છાપકામ, કાતરકામ, ચીટકકામ, ચિત્રકામ, ગડીકામ, રંગપૂરણી, કાગળકામ, બાળ રમતો, પઝલ્સ, હાસ્ય દરબાર, ગીત-સંગીત-અભિનય, પપેટ શો, ગણિત રમત, વેસ્ટમાંથી બેસ્ટ, વિજ્ઞાનના સાદા પ્રયોગો અને વેશભૂષા જેવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

દરેક મુલાકાત દરમિયાન નીચેની બાબતોની નોંધ રાખવી જરૂરી છે:

• ગેરહાજરીના દિવસોની સંખ્યા

શિક્ષણ વિભાગના પરિપત્ર મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થી સતત ગેરહાજર રહે ત્યારે વિવિધ તબક્કે કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહે છે.

• સતત 3 દિવસ ગેરહાજર
• સતત 7 દિવસ ગેરહાજર
• સતત 10 દિવસ ગેરહાજર
• સતત 15 દિવસ ગેરહાજર
• સતત 21 દિવસ ગેરહાજર
• સતત 30 દિવસ ગેરહાજર

જરૂર મુજબ શિક્ષક, આચાર્ય, SMC સભ્ય અને CRC સંકલનકાર દ્વારા વાલીની મુલાકાત લઈને તેની નોંધ રાખવાની રહે છે.

વાલી સંપર્ક રજિસ્ટરનું મહત્વ

દરેક મુલાકાતની નોંધ વાલી સંપર્ક રજિસ્ટરમાં કરવી ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે. તેમાં વાલીનો જવાબ, મુલાકાતની તારીખ તેમજ વાલીની સહી લેવામાં આવે છે. આ દસ્તાવેજ શાળા માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ રેકોર્ડ તરીકે ઉપયોગી બને છે.

વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ ક્યારે કમી કરવું?

નવીનતમ સૂચનાઓ મુજબ તમામ જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કર્યા બાદ વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ માત્ર:

• વર્ગ રજિસ્ટરમાંથી
• Child Tracking System (CTS)માંથી કમી કરવામાં આવે છે.

પરંતુ શાળાના જનરલ રજિસ્ટર (General Register - GR) માં વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ યથાવત રાખવાનું રહે છે. જો વિદ્યાર્થી ફરીથી શાળામાં અભ્યાસ માટે આવે તો તેનું નામ નિયમ મુજબ પુનઃ દાખલ કરવામાં આવે છે.
