In the digital era, the Gujarat Education Department has streamlined the result-checking process through the **Swift Chat** application and the Gyan Prabhav bot. Below is the step-by-step procedure to get your results.

Step 1: Access the Gyan Prabhav Bot

The most direct way to access the report cards is through the Swift Chat app.

Via Link: Open the official Gyan Prabhav link on your smartphone.

Via App: If you have the Swift Chat app installed, search for the "Gyan Prabhav" bot in the search bar.

Step 2: Authenticate/Login

Enter your mobile number to receive an OTP
Verify the OTP to enter the bot interface.
If you are a teacher, you may need to enter your school's DISE code or your personal Teacher ID.

Step 3: Select the Required Details

Once inside the bot, follow the prompts:
 1. Select the Academic Year (e.g., 2025-26).
 2. Choose the Standard/Class (Std 3 to 8).
 3. Select the Exam Type (SAT / Summative Assessment / PAT).

Step 4: Download the Report Card

A list of students registered under that class or school will appear.

Click on the specific student's name or the "Download Report Card" button.

The report card will be generated as a PDF. You can then save it to your device or print it for your records.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) was established in the year 1960. Its functions include prescribing syllabus, study material, education policies and the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) also conducts examinations at the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and the Higher Secondary (School) Certificate (HSC) level.

GSEB HSC Result 2026: Compartmental/ Supplementary Exam


The GSEB Result 2026 may bring bad news for the students who do not score passing marks in the GSEB 12th exams. In such cases, they will be provided with another opportunity to prove themselves. The students will be able to appear for the ICSE and ISC compartmental/ supplementary exam.
