All Government Primary Schools and Granted Primary Schools in the State and all Government and Granted Secondary Schools in the Secondary Department should be covered.

Praveshotsav 2024-25: Admission program for Std. 9 students should be organized for Std. 1 in primary schools as well as in government secondary schools / RMSA schools / grant in aid secondary schools.  Select primary schools in such a way that secondary schools are nearby.

The venue of the entrance ceremony should be on the campus of primary school for primary and on the campus of secondary school for secondary.

Shala Praveshotsav 2024 for Primary School

• Admission of Anganwadi to children who have completed three years first.
• Then the children eligible for admission in Std. 1 should be given admission.
• Re-enroll all children in the age group of 6-12 who have dropped out of school.  (CRC will provide a list of all children who have dropped out of school to the school principal)
• To enroll the children of non-Std. 8 schools in the nearest school.  To get the children of Std. 8 of the school who do not have Std. 8 admitted in the nearest school.

પ્રવેશોત્સવ સંદર્ભે નીચેની સૂચનાઓનો અમલ તુરંત કરવાનો રહેશે.

1.કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન વિદ્યાર્થી - વિદ્યાર્થીની દ્વારા જ કરવાનું રહેશે.

2.કંકુ થી તિલક કરવું નહિ...પરંપરાગત વાજિંત્રો સાથે સ્વાગત કરી શકાય...પુસ્તક અને પેન કે ડાયરી અને પેન સાથે સ્ટેજ પર આવકારવા..

3.શાળા ,શૌચાલય અને બાળકોની સ્વચ્છતા નું ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું..

4. જ્ઞાન કુંજ રૂમનું નિદર્શન...મુલાકાત કરાવવી..કોઈ 1 શિક્ષક દ્વારા માહિતી આપવી..

5.બાળકોને આપવાની દફતર કીટ પર કાર્ટુન કે પ્રતિબંધિત ગેમ ના ચિત્રો કે સ્ટીકર ના હોવું જોઈએ..

6. સમાચારપત્ર માં થી બનાવેલી ટોપીઓ પહેરાવવી નહી..

7. પ્રવેશપાત્ર 100 %બાળકો સહિત વાલીઓને હાજર રાખવા..

8.મોટી સંખ્યામાં શાળાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓ, SMC સભ્યો હાજર રહે તેવું આયોજન કરવું..

9.વૃક્ષારોપણ માટે રૂમાલ ,પાણી,ખાડો,છોડ ની પૂર્વ તૈયારી કરવી..શક્ય હોય તો વડ નો છોડ લાવવો..

10.શાળા રિપોર્ટ કાર્ડ અને પોતાના વર્ગના બાળકોની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી દરેક વર્ગ શિક્ષકને ખબર હોવી જોઈએ...

11.આ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ માં શાળાના ચોક્કસ ધ્યેય અને શાળા સામેના પડકારોની નોંધ તૈયાર રાખવી..

12. ક્લસ્ટર રિવ્યૂ દરેક crc એ તૈયાર  કરવા..

13.પીવાના પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા પૂરતી રાખવી.

14.ગરમી અને વરસાદનો માહોલ હોય જરૂરી પૂર્વ તૈયારી કરવી..

15.આંગણવાડી ,બાલવાટિકા અને ધો.1માં પ્રવેશપાત્ર બાળકોની યાદી રાખવી..દરેક શાળાએ શાળા પ્રોફાઈલ ફાઈલ તૈયાર કરવી..

16. પ્રતિભાશાળી તથા 1,2,3 નંબર લાવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીનું સન્માન કરાવવું

17. વિશિષ્ટ સેવા આપેલ, એવોર્ડ મેળવેલ શિક્ષક તથા NMMS જેવી પરીક્ષાઓમાં મેરિટમાં આવેલ વિધાર્થીઓનું સન્માન કરાવવું.

• To inaugurate the school building or new classroom constructed by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and to conclude the work of new start.m
