To strengthen schools through the participation of the community and the private sector, the Ministry of Education has launched the vidyanjali initiative.
Through this initiative, schools will connect with a variety of volunteers from the Indian diaspora, such as young professionals, school alumni, serving and retired teachers, government officials, professionals, and many others.
This initiative has two aspects for volunteers: the first is to participate in school service and activities and the other is to support government and government-subsidized schools through assets/materials/equipment.
Through the Vidyanjali Portal 2.0, community volunteers can directly interact and connect with the government and government subsidized schools so that they can share their knowledge and skills and contribute in the form of assets, materials and equipment.
