IBPS (CRP RRBs X) 10676 Recruitment of officers / office assistants (multipurpose) 2021: The online exams for the next common RRB recruitment process (CRP RRBs IX) for the recruitment of Group “A” officers (Scale -I, II and III) and Office Assistant Group “B” (Multipurpose) will be carried out by the Institute of Selection of Banking Personnel (IBPS) tentatively in September and October / November 2020.
Interviews for the recruitment of Group “A ”- Officials (Scale-I, II and III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority tentatively in June 2021.

Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed in (A) as Group "A" - Officials (Scale - I, II and III) and Group "B" - Office Assistant (multipurpose), must register for the Common Procurement Process (CRP for RRB-IX).
For the positions of Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (multipurpose), the exam will be of two levels, that is, the online exam will be carried out in two phases, preliminary and main. For the office assistant position (multipurpose), candidates who qualify on the preliminary exam and are shortlisted will be required to sit for the main exam. They will be assigned provisionally based on their grades on the main exam and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.

The indicative post-wise vacancies and by category of each of the Regional Rural Banks are given in Annex-I. Recruitment in RRBs is a dynamic process that depends on the restrictions imposed, the volume of business, the growth of the business, the health of the organizations, the expansion of the branch, internal and external factors, structural changes, etc. The vacancies mentioned here are indicative and anticipated as communicated by the RRB. However, a provisional allocation will be made based on actual vacancies reported by RRBs.
Officer/Office Assistant Educational Qualification
Office assistant (multipurpose):
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent (a) Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB / s * (b) Desirable: Practical computer skills.
Scale-I Officer (Assistant Manager):
I. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be awarded to candidates who have a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Livestock, Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Fish Farming, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accounting;
ii. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRBs *
iii. Desirable: practical computer skills.
General Banking Officer Scale-II (Manager):
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% total grades. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Livestock, Veterinary Sciences, Agricultural Engineering, Fish farming, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accounting.
Scale II Specialist Officer (Manager):
Information Technology Officer Bachelor's degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% total grades.
