Year 2020-21 Teacher transfer camp court case matter related Circular Date : 4/12/2020
Given as of the letter dated 11/12/2020. Under the instructions, outside of the court cases filed in the District / Town Education Committee regarding the massacre field, it is ordered that the following action be taken immediately regarding the court cases in your district.
1. Name of your district attorney in respect of all court cases related to your district. In all cases that come to Superior Court, you must immediately file an affidavit of your class and send a copy to this office.
2. The affidavit procedures for these cases must be completed in the following period, as well as in the following period.
The government will have to be present for the defense of your district attorney.
3. In case of camp change in your district, there is a policy issue / problem and an affidavit is filed.

If this is to be done, an affidavit must be filed in consultation with the legal branch of this office. 4, The officer will have to take care of himself only to complete the seriousness of the court case in a timely manner.
